They fixed some of them but once we closed, it is difficult to get any help to finish up with the issues.

1) 3 sales people that were "managing" my build. Information trickled in occasionally until the final salesperson. We had a horrible experience and were mislead by sales manager in Columbia, TN. She showed us the model and made us believe our kitchen would be like the model. As it was still in the process of being done we noticed it did not have soft close cabinets or the same amount of cabinets. She said she would have a set of drawers and a trash can pullout put in after closing.

Wish i would have paid for a home inspection before closing. Lots of things wrong and Received dirty house with several damages. Neighbors i talked to had a similar experience.Three months later several items still not fixed noted at time of final walk through.
